Yet Another Illness

One of these days we'll look back at the trials of this spring and laugh.  Right now we can just shake our heads in disbelief.  After all the bedrest, Hubby's surgery, my delivery, household stomach flu, my ER visit, daily packing and dressing changes for Hubby (from surgery), and now Buggy's Herpangina, I feel like I SHOULD have gone pre-med in college rather than music ed (my grandfather was a doctor and I seriously considered it).

We are soldiering on.  I feel so badly for Buggy.  He's had a fever of 102 for 2 days and can't swallow anything without it hurting terribly.  At least he enjoys his ice cream!

On a positive note, breast feeding is going really well.  Not only did Baby regain his birth weight by 2 weeks, we learned today that he gained nearly a pound in addition!
