Pregnancy: How Quickly Things Change!

Well, I had my 36 week OB appointment this morning.  All of a sudden, everything has changed!  It feels like everything is rushing by right now!

I am OFF restrictions!  No more bed rest!  No more limited snuggles with Buggy!  No more limits to climbing stairs!  No more limits to NESTING!  I am to ease back into regular activity though rather than jump in with both feet.

My OB said that she is pleased with how far we've come!  She definitely does not want me going full term due to my size.  She mentioned that she may want to induce around 38 weeks and we can discuss a date at my next visit if I don't go before then.  After all this time of trying to keep him in, it feels like we are on fast forward to get him out!  I need to build up strength again - I was in such good shape, but 4 weeks of bed rest caused mommy to turn into a marshmallow!

I just wanted to share the update with all of you!  Thank you for all the kind words and prayers!  I look at that ultrasound picture and am overwhelmed with how blessed we are.  How is it that we get to raise this beautiful baby boy?  That's IN ADDITION to our other beautiful not-so-baby boy!  God, I am humbled.  Grant us the strength and wisdom to raise these boys in the way they should go.

Also, I wanted to ask you to join me in blessing our communities this week through using coupons.  Check out my PennyPinchingPenguin blog for details about this nationwide event!  If you are a blogger and decide to take on this challenge, feel free to link up your blog post!  I can't wait to see pictures of what everyone is giving!

YAY! I'm so glad to hear you're off bed rest now! Good luck easing back into nesting. I'm sure you'll feel better about things when you can get everything ready (are we ever fully ready??) for Baby to come.
