Why Ads?

Sponsor a Child

You may have noticed some advertising on this site recently besides the sponsors.  Why?  I'd like to take a moment to address these ads and the reasoning behind them.

1. I am not trying to scam anyone or make a quick buck.  I will be as selective as I can with the ads (I can only influence the google ads a minimal amount).  I will alert you to any restrictions or helpful suggestions when I can.

2. I am not trying to earn money for myself.  I have a goal.  I would love to earn enough from this blog via various income streams to purchase 3 wheelchairs each year plus sponsor a child through Compassion International, in Jesus' name.  At the moment, this seems like a very big goal.  Incredibly, this website has already purchased one wheelchair and changed a life forever.  I am not compensated in any way for donations of wheelchairs or for sponsoring a child.  Any amount above my goal will be used to better this blog and provide basics for my children.

3. You may see sponsored posts from time to time.  Sponsorships will never alter my writing.  I will share what is on my heart, not what a sponsor tells me to say.  Reviews will be 100% my own opinions.
