Rough Couple Days

What do you get when you mix a teething toddler with a refluxing baby going through  a growth spurt?  A rough time! 

We're using Mylicon and Zantac for Baby.  Any suggestions for reflux relief?  He sleeps sitting up.  Spit up is decreasing but pain isn't yet.  What has worked for you?

On another note, I got a new camera. I heart Nikon.
